We Build Your Most Enticing Offer — Then Prove It With 740 Tested Ads.
For DTC and online brands doing $100k+/month that can’t make new ads fast enough.
Most ads fail before they’re written — the offer behind them wasn’t enticing enough to sell. So your sprint starts with your offer: we grade it, rebuild it with you if it’s holding your ads back, and only then put it in front of the machine. In 4 weeks, we make and test at least 740 versions of your ads — a version can be a new headline, a new opening hook, a new image, or a new video. They run inside your ad account. Every week we cut the losers and keep the top 10%. The winners are proven against your real numbers: what an order earns you, and what a new customer costs you. You approve every ad before it runs — one click.
Why your ads stall
Your ads wear out
You run the same 3–5 ads until they stop working. Then each new customer costs more, and you don't know why.
Winners are found, not guessed
Winning ads come from testing lots of ads. But making lots of ads takes a team you don't have.
The old agency model
Four ads a month, a two-week wait for each one, and a kickoff call about the kickoff call.
Ads amplify your offer. So the offer comes first.
A weak offer makes even great ads expensive. A strong one makes ordinary ads work. Every sprint starts here — before a dollar of your test budget moves.
1. The Audit
We score the offer your customers see today, in writing — where it's strong, and exactly where it's leaking sales. If the math says a winner is impossible at your numbers, you'll see that too, before you spend.
2. The Rebuild
If the offer is the weak link, we rebuild it with you: the package, the name, the promise, the guarantee your customers see. Founding brands get the Rebuild included in their sprint.
3. The Offer of Record
The rebuilt offer becomes the one your test runs against — written down and co-signed by both of us, so the ads get a fair test and the results actually mean something.
We don’t guess. We test 740+ ads over 4 weeks — and the numbers pick the winners.
Most agencies hand you a few ads and hope. Hope is not a plan. Testing lots of ads is — because winners are found, never guessed.
1. New ads every week
Every week we make about 200 new ad versions — new angles (reasons to buy), new hooks (the first line that grabs you), still images and video — and test them in your ad account. Cheap tests first. We spend your test budget like it's ours, so losers die cheap. Real budget goes only to the ads that pass.
2. Keep the top 10%, build on them
Each week we cut the bottom 90%. Next week's ads are built from the winners: new hooks on angles that worked, and new angles close to what won. Your ads get smarter every week.
3. The 3:1 rule
An ad only counts as a winner if it beats 3:1 — it brings in at least $3 of gross profit for every $1 it costs to win a customer. And 740 is a floor, not a cap: when many ads beat the bar, we make even more. Never fewer.
The Proven-Winner Sprint — what you get
One sprint. Four weeks. Your offer rebuilt so it can win — then at least 740 ad versions tested to prove it. Everything handled.
Pick Your Strongest Angle
We study your website and your social posts. We find three strong angles — three different reasons for people to buy. You pick the one we build on. The result is your Angle Map — the angles your ads, and your offer, are built from. No 40-page questionnaires.
Your First 200 Test Ads, in 48 Hours
20 angles × 5 opening hooks, as still images and video — made for your brand and ready for your review within 48 hours of onboarding. Then week one of testing begins.
Test in Stages. Cut the Losers.
Each week, about 200 new ad versions are tested in stages. Cheap tests first; real budget only for the ones that pass. We keep the top 10% and build next week's ads from them.
Keep Winners That Have Proven Themselves
After 4 weeks, you keep a set of proven winners — ads that passed hundreds of tests against your real numbers. A winner stays live until it drops below the 3:1 bar.
Know Your Numbers
A plain-English report every week: what won, what flopped, what a new customer really costs you, and exactly what we test next. No vanity metrics.
The Grand Slam Offer Audit
Before a single ad runs, we grade the offer your ads will amplify — what you sell, how it's packaged, what it promises — and you get the score and the reasoning in writing. Ads can only sell what's in front of them. This is how we know yours can be sold.
Know Your Break-Even Before You Spend
Your average order value, your margin, and what a new customer costs you now, turned into one number: the bar every ad has to beat. You get it as a one-page sheet before launch — the same numbers the Winner Guarantee is judged on.
Your Offer of Record
The exact offer the test runs against, written down and co-signed by both of us before launch. No silent changes mid-test. If we agree to change it, we do it in a written addendum — and the clock restarts for the ads it affects.
Every Ad We Made — Yours to Keep (Bonus)
At the end of your sprint you get the full creative library: every ad version we tested, winners and losers, with the results each one earned. The losers are data too — they show exactly what your market rejected.
The Winner Scale Playbook (Bonus)
One page for each winner: how to raise its budget, how far to push it, and the signs that tell you a winner is tiring — so the ads we prove keep paying after we hand them over.
The Offer Rebuild
If the audit says your offer is what's holding your ads back, we rebuild it with you before your test budget goes to work: the package, the name, the promise, the guarantee your customers see, and the angles your first ads run. Founding brands get the Rebuild included. After the founding 10, it's the standalone Offer Sprint — $2,000, creditable against your first Engine cycle.

The Winner Guarantee — in full
Before anything launches, we agree your test conditions in writing and set your baseline together: your average order value, your gross margin, and what a new customer costs you now. You attest those numbers; once your ads run, we confirm them against the measured data. A winner is an ad version that beats your baseline at the 3:1 bar — at least $3 of gross profit, measured on what a customer is worth over 30 days after product costs, for every $1 it costs to win that customer.
If your measured average order value drifts more than 20% from the number you attested, the bar is recalculated from the measured number — in writing, for both of us. Nobody gets held to a number reality replaced, and nobody gets to move the goalposts quietly.
The test runs against your offer of record: the exact offer we co-sign with you before launch. It can change — by written addendum, which restarts the clock for the ads it affects. An offer changed mid-test without an addendum is not the offer we agreed to test.
If, under those test conditions and across the full testing window, no version beats your baseline at the 3:1 bar, we keep making and testing new ads at no additional service charge until one does. You keep funding the agreed test budget — at least $100 a day, paid by you directly to Meta. Our labor is the part that's free.
The guarantee ends the day a version clears the bar, the day you pause or stop the agreed test spend, or the day the offer of record changes without a written addendum. It covers our creative and testing labor only. It does not cover your stock, your fulfillment, your checkout or website staying up, the integrity of your tracking, or your sales process after the click — and it is not a promise of revenue or profit. The full legal text is §4.8 of the Terms.
Then: Engine Mode $12,000 every 4 weeks
Every 4 weeks: at least 1,110 new ad versions tested, losers cut, winners scaled up — plus your winner report. A winner stays live until it drops below the 3:1 bar. Cancel anytime. Each round learns from the last: round 3’s ads are built on what rounds 1 and 2 proved. The sprint finds your first winners. The Engine keeps finding more.
Worried AI ads all look the same? Fair — most of them do. That’s why you approve every ad before a dollar is spent, and why these process guarantees exist: they’re about our work, and they’re simple. We don't win unless your ads do.
Until the Winner Wall fills up, this is your protection: clear promises in writing, and a founding price. The Winner Guarantee itself is stated in full with the pricing above and in §4.8 of the Terms — where you decide, not buried here.
The 48-Hour Generation Guarantee
Your first 200 test ads, ready for your review within 48 hours of you finishing onboarding — or an automatic refund. This clock measures our work only. You can’t stall it, and we can’t blame you. No forms, no “contact support.”
The 4-Week Sprint Guarantee
Over 4 weeks we test at least 740 ad versions, under the test conditions we agreed in writing. You get a plain-English report every week. If we miss the count or the standard, we keep working free until both are met.
The 24-Hour Launch Guarantee
Approve your batch with one click. Once your ad account is connected, your test campaign goes to Meta within 24 hours — or we make it right, free.
The Founding Brand Program
The first 10 brands get founding pricing — $2,997 instead of $6,000 — in exchange for three things: finish onboarding on time, give us campaign access for testing, and let us use anonymous results and ad examples as we build our Winner Wall. Using your name in a testimonial always needs your separate OK. Founding brands also get the Offer Rebuild included — after the founding 10, it’s the standalone Offer Sprint at $2,000.
Questions
Do you need my passwords?
No. You connect your ad account through Meta's official partner access — about 2 minutes, and you can undo it anytime. We never see your login.
Who pays for ad spend?
You do, directly to Meta. We never see or touch your card. Our fee pays for making and testing the ads. It does not pay for ad spend.
What test budget do I need?
At least $100/day ($300/day recommended) during the 4-week test. You pay it straight to Meta, not to us. It's what lets all 740 ad versions get a fair test — and it's what makes the guarantees possible.
What if the ads are bad?
You approve every ad before a single dollar is spent. Kill any ad with one click. And under the 4-Week Sprint Guarantee, if we don't test at least 740 ad versions to the agreed standard, we keep working free until we do.
What are the “agreed test conditions” in the Winner Guarantee?
Before anything launches, we agree five things in writing: (1) the 3:1 bar — a winning ad must bring in at least $3 of gross profit for every $1 it costs to win a customer (that cost is your CAC), (2) your test budget — at least $100/day ($300/day recommended), paid directly to Meta, (3) the 4-week testing window, (4) the campaign setup — you approve each batch before anything launches, and (5) your offer of record — the exact offer we co-sign before launch. It changes only by written addendum, and a change restarts the clock for the ads it affects. You keep access connected and approve batches on time.
What is the Offer Audit — and what if my offer scores badly?
Every sprint starts with the Offer Audit, included: we score the offer your ads will amplify out of 35 and show you the reasoning in writing. Score 26 or higher: launch-ready. 18 to 25: your weaknesses are named in writing — take the Offer Rebuild, or sign off on the named weaknesses and launch anyway. Under 18, with workable math: the Rebuild is required before launch — and included. And if the math itself says a winner is impossible at your numbers — your price and margin can't clear the 3:1 bar — the Rebuild is mandatory and included. If it still can't clear after the rebuild, or you'd rather not rebuild, we decline to launch and refund your Sprint fee in full. The audit is yours to keep either way.
What is the Offer Sprint?
After the founding 10, the Offer Rebuild becomes a standalone service: the Offer Sprint, $2,000 one time. We rebuild your offer with you — package, name, promise, guarantee — before any test budget goes to work. If you later start Engine Mode, the full $2,000 comes off your first Engine cycle as a credit. It's a credit, never cash, and it expires 60 days after your Sprint ends. Founding brands don't need it: the Rebuild is included in their sprint.
What do you need from me?
About 30 minutes: upload your logo and product photos, pick a direction for your ads, and connect your ad account. That's the whole job on your side.
What if I don't approve my batch right away?
Nothing runs until you do. Your sprint waits for you. The 48-hour clock covers our work only — it starts when you finish onboarding — so taking your time costs you nothing. No pressure.
How do founding spots work?
There are 10 founding spots, total. The counter on this page is live: it drops by one each time a paid sprint is confirmed. When the spots are gone, founding pricing ends. In exchange for the lower price, founding brands agree to three things: finish onboarding on time, give us campaign access for testing, and let us use anonymous results and ad examples as we build our Winner Wall. Using your name in a testimonial always needs your separate OK. Founding brands also get the Offer Rebuild included — after the founding 10, it's the standalone Offer Sprint at $2,000.
Is this for big brands?
It's built for DTC and online brands doing $100k+/mo that can't make good ads fast enough. If you're not selling yet, we're not for you yet.
What happens after the sprint?
Engine Mode ($12,000 every 4 weeks): at least 1,110 new ad versions tested each cycle, losers cut, winners scaled up, plus your winner report. A winner stays live until it drops below the 3:1 bar. Each cycle learns from the ones before it. Cancel anytime.
We find your winners. You scale them.
740 ad versions. 4 weeks. Proven past the 3:1 bar — or we work free.
Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and is separate from our fee.
